ok here are a couple of things you might wanna know
1 dont bump a topic and say nobody can help you after 2 hours of when you posted it
2 i can darken maps kinda by just adding black fog
3 or you could just edit the textures and make them darker

You need the sky plugin to add fog

mess around with the colors i think if you want it complety black i think its all zero's i dont remember though

I see the sky tag, but all I see is numbers. I'm not sure how to set it right.

Just mess around with the numbers and then test it and see what color it made then its easy from there
