Cant veiw character color

for some reason I cant view my character color on halo.{you know the color of oyur little master chief guy} could someone please help. and also dont flame me because im new to the forums

is all the masterchiefs white?...please take a picture

if your video card is bare minimum, normally it cannot fill in the colors

No in all the pictures i have seen they are like red and other colors plus theere is a color change thingjin setings. also i dont know how to take pictures.

its your video card or you are running in safe mode.

Yea trust me its your video card mine is the same way the only real way you can get around it is to 1 but a new graphics card or 2 find a colored skin
