it was deleated exept the one with only the last part of it i want the whole driving part and also i still dont know how to make mods

Then learn with tuts. If it's deleted, it's not there anymore.
And you can't have the whole driving part, as it's consisted out of 2 BSP's, while Halo PC can only have 1 BSP for MP maps.
