How do you get this camera angle?

I saw the Dinner Table Pwnage vid http://www.halomods.com/forums/viewtopi ... nner+table and i saw the amazin camera movement and stuff. How do you get the camera to hover, move up and down like that? i know how to get no HUD, but the movement of the camera? Can someone help me out? Thanks

use the halo camera thingy in devmode i think. it allows u to scroll and move and stuff

yeah thats what i thought the first time, but it seems really slow. can u change the speed?

EDIT: ohh i didnt know you could change the camera speed.
