Halo CE config.txt problems..

Well, I got halo pc, i had to get a hotfix since it doesnt work with 256mb vid cards or something like that. than, i got CE and now it says that it cant finda config.txt in

Documents and Settings\My Name\config.txt

can anybody help me? lol or send their config txt to me?? plz help. im on AIM - loserkid4561 plz help me a.s.a.p
