Performance probs
A couple days ago i tried to play Halo but the framerate dropped ENORMUSLY!!! usually the menus framerate was 70-100fps but now its 5-20fps and no i didnt change any video card settings. not even in 7 months. Im just clueless. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
my pc: AMD Athlon XP 2800+, Geil Dual Channel 1GB RAM, GeForce MX 440 with AGP 8x (soon to be GeForce 6600 128MB AGP 8x), integrated audio from my mobo (supposed to be better than a soundblaster live), a Samsung SpinPoint P Series 80GB hard drive

well i have a pentium 3 500MHz but thats not the problem. wait...... my processor supports SSE and MMX and i heard that if they are disabled it can cause a MAJOR performance drop, could it be that?
