Use AllDevCE with PC?

Ok I have paulus's alldevce program and I want to know if its possible to use it with pc. I dont want to cheat I want to host stunt servers with it and possibly make movies plz dont flame or delete.

well I know its possible to take sheep's trainer for pc and edit the registry to make it work with all versions so I thought mabye someone figured out a way to make alldevce work with pc. my bad.

Halopc is different from CE. Ce hadd devmode built in. Pc doesnt. Youd have to fin all the values for it
