Ok, Two questions.

1) How does banning work in Halo PC? It is by IP right? I know in CE it's by name cuz you can change you name and be right back in. But, I've banned the same guy I don't know how many times and he keeps coming back. And he's on my ban list as well. Is there a way to cloak your IP or something? I need details cuz this guy is driving me nuts!!!
( BTW, it's a Ded Server)

2) How do ppl (or should I say TK'ers) leave and join again so fast? The TK'er will TK a couple ppl, then leave, and come back in within 5 seconds!!!

If there is a trick to there method I wanna know about it so I can combat this crap!!

sigh i had this too this guy joines my team and tk's us i bann him he comes back with a different name!

now i cant even make a server even if i rename it he looks for a person called 'Deathspoon' thats me it drives me and my mate crazy

yeah, they use the "Direct IP" Mode to join, before they tk, they write down the ip address, and start tk'ing, they get booted, it takes them a couple of seconds to get back in, tk, booted, in instantly...
