hello sapien is a great program ive heard all over sme topics but where can i get it from?

HEK
Halo Editing Kit.
Dl it and install it. You need halo ce installed first.
Then sapien will be in your halo custoum edition folder.
Sapien is like Spark Edit.. Only a lot better.
