I wanna open BG in Sapien but there isnt a scenario for it. Is there a way to make one?

No, you can not get the .scenarios for the original maps,

actually you can, there are a few people that made tools to do it, but noone will release them yet..

well, we have spark edit, which is kinda like sapien, but u cant create new stuff
