best bet is to get milkshape 3D
then export the model of the wepaon you want to change through Halo Map Tools 3.5
it exports into a .obj format, so you can open that up into Milkshape
then from there move stuff around. no making new things, everything must have the same verticies as the original
after that export it in a .obj format
then inject it back in over the model you originally exported.
