DevMode for PC?

Is it possible to make a devcam, like the on in CE for PC?

anything's possible, but it hasn't been done yet. Some people have just made invisible banshees with no HUD. That's the PC equivalent of the CE devcam.

Ya, but if you do that then your screenshots will sometimes look meesed up if they include banshees, like shots coming out of the sky.
