Error message

ok when my friend tries to open any .exe file, it sais "only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed" and doesnt launch the file.i think he had adware and viruses but we caint get ne virus programs to run. sometimes programs run though cause like 5 min ago they were running so i uninstalled some searchbar and it made me restart windows and now they aint working. ne one no what we can do?

Whoa. Never heard of anything like that. Try a M$ Tech Message Board or something. I don't think anyone here knows how to fix that!

i think his dad messed it up. he had a virus and his dad works on computers for a living but his kidas have the worst computers ever. my friend has a frikking 8 gig in his computer. his dad tryed to fix his virus and instead of doing a system recovery, he just deleated alot of things in the windows folder and he sill has windows hotfix and those of u that have hotfix no that when u go to add or reove programs you should have about 10 things that say windows xp hotfix and he only has like 4 or 5. we just boot it in safemode and it works but hes getting a hdd for x-mas i think

ewww...if his comp came with an 8 gig HD it must be sh!t..i had an 8 gig, and it was a 400 MHZ P3, and why ask for a hard drive for X-mas? buy a new comp or a vid card...

it didnt come with an 8 gig, it came with a 60, they baught the new hdd at a computer show at the flea markey and it said 80 gig on the box. :lol: :lol: and they still go to thaty computer show and buy things then they wonder why they break :P
