Movies???

To upload Halo Movies, either Halo PC or Halo Xbox. Movies must be compressed with winrar or zip. Maximum 5MB/minute of video.

What do you uses to make movies with, Im a noob dont really know anything just wondering if you could help me and tell me waht you use, so i know what i should get. ok thx hope you help me. :D :P
