What is hex editing and how do i do it?

hex editing is needed for some thigns though lol. It is a part to make it snow in MP levels for PC. changing names of things too.

to do that to a name, you need it....

levels prieview pic is foudn in the ui.map or soemthing

took me a whiel to edit that (was my first mod ever ) entire level reskin
