How do i apply skins to halo?

How would i apply skins to halo PC?

wel if i saved the skin as a dxt 1bit just open up hmt go to bitmaps then to the thing where the skin is for then inject skin find your skin and inject then press save and whalalalalalala you injectet the skin

ok, but i cant get my HMT to work, and i downloaded the frameworks 1.1 thing. what should i do?????????

You won't be able to apply textures if HMT doesnt work... Unless theres a program I haven't heard of..
