Vehicle Spawning

When a vehicle respawns, it appears a few feet from the ground and then drops down.

Is there any way to change the height of this, so that it drops from a great distance?

Also, if I wanted to have it respawn in a different place than normal, how would I go about this.

I have some experience with HMT, but I am sort of a modding n00b. I'd appreciate any help

Well i believe with the vehicle hieght thing you will need to get Spark Edit and then in there you can raise up the vehicle and i assume you can do the same for the respaws; But im not completely sure
