I'm not very good at modding Halo. I am just an amateur 3d artist so I made some terrain and added some bases from Blood Gulch to the level and i thought I might show it here. If you like it i can send you the textures and 3ds file.

First of all, the water:
Water 1
Water 2

Then the rather crappy base and grass texture:
Grass 1
Grass 2

Any comments questions or lawsuits, post here.

Terrain is too high polygon, looks nice though.

whats the limit on polygons for halo? I could lower it

For an entire finished map you dont want more than 20,000 polygons, but if it is a really huge map you could have more, if you have a map size of blood gulche you dont want to go over 7000 polygons, although you could probably go up to 10000 maybe.
