What tool or tools would I use to edit vehicles and such in HaloPC?

Erm...nevermind that topic,I didn't use my eyes before asking,anyhow since I currnetly have 2 topics open I figured that I shouldn't open a third one just for 1 other things so I'm posting it here.

looks nice for a first skin... mine looked like crap...
possibly you could post a download... i like fun new skins

I would but I don't know how to post it as a download,I got some things to work on it,needs a bit more lightning,on another note I have updated my camo rockethog,given it a new tire as well as motion to it,I think it could use a bit texture changing though...okay if you explain to me how to make the file a download then I would be glad to post it.
