3ds max problum

When i try to export to a .JMS it says "no changes have ben made the applation will now close" can somebody help me?

u cant overwrite and old .JMS file...and make sure everything is linked to the frame and u don't have any open edges....if not its prolly a much larger problem and i'll help u if this dont work out (i'm in school)
