Need help with FP animations

Okay. I made some animations for my minigun. I compiled them and did all that other complicated stuff. The thing is, the animations work and they do perfectly but the fp model will not show up. I have checked the model in max 6 and it's perfectly centered. Whats the problem here?

i think its a dumb answer but did you put the right fp in? i mean in guerilla, with fp open that? if you did, i dunno, i had that error too but i did that with the fp stuff... while it was in... i just compiled the fp again...
