banning on a mod map

does anybody know if u can ban when playing on a modded map?
I can get it to work on non modded.

If you create an shortcut of halo CE andgo to his settings you have to write after the last " the folofing tekst: -devmode.
Now if you startup you can play and if someome is irritating press the ` or ~ button under the 'esc' button an write: cheat_ban_"username".

so there will stand in my case: cheat_ban_gonna stick

I hope this will help.

Sinse devmode doesnt work online, thats kinda pointless

Banning works on a modded map. I dont see any reason it shouldnt. Ill try

it works, put in -console not -devmode

when having -devmode on it only allows you to use LAN games

i have done that but cant get it to work? the halo on the bottom left is there but when i type in sv_players nothing happens or anything.just wondering if anybody else has got it to work.

Halo CE you say? Yeah that works done it tons of times, even did rcon

(hehehe) I cant see why you have a problem, if you see the "Halo:" text that should be purple and doesnt type.. hmm, I dunno what could be wrong, make you when you add -console that you put a space. Thats all I can think off.

Btw you posted this in Halo PC (wasnt sure if you ment too probably)

it worked on the schwinzno1alpha map a long time ago...

the argument would be the user name or number you get from sv_players.
