ya u do otherwise it falls thru the level and tool gives u the error of "weapons\battle_rifle.weapon will not be collidable" and things like that which makes ur map not compile....trust me, i've done this enuf times to knowJohn Spartan wrote:u dont even hae to have a collision model
all the collsion model does is alow u to shoot the gun and make it spin(which i luv doing)

no acutally, that has to do with the bounding radius. the collision model has nothing to do with the weapon being seen ornot, or falling through the level, one, because the collision model is infact what you DONT see, and 2, because nothing can go through the bsp unless it gets forced through...
