Tutorial for controller moding please

can anyone please point me in the direction of a tutorial to make one of my controllers look like that blue one there...

i that is olny for one led on the very top... i want multiple led's within the controller...

im sure if i tried it i could expiriment and figure it out... but theres an equal chance i would kill the controller...

Naw, it was for a contest awhile ago, If you don't want to use electrical tape, use shrinkwrap.
