New idea for halomods UI (forums) MODS READ!!

I would like there to be a delete funtion on this site, so that we can delete useless and embarressing posts. This would help out the mods ALOT.

yes, but there are always those few that ruin it for the rest that join sites and wish to screw them up, mods are people the admins trust not to screw up the page, if we made the delete function public all hell would break loose, i can gaurentee it...

Well if there was a delete availible for everyone.There would be no more posts at all.But something on the lines of members being able to lock there own posts would be cool.So if your post is turning into a flamewar,and a mod doesnt see.You can lock it yourslef.

now there's an idea....that would work out fine, i can't see any flaw in that...you should bring it uo wi th gren if you really want it to happen...cus he is a 1337 coder...

Ill try to talk to him.But hes never on.Mabey you try eh?He likes you better lol.Theres no flaw in it.But people deleting there own posts,I dont think they should have after peope respond.Cause others may have same question and can use that not to start new posts

hmmm...or their could be a time limit....so people could not delete their posts after like 2 weeks...

The limit on deleting your post is way too short. If you were aloud to delete your own posts for a really long itme (if never expiring) it could help things. Get rid of mistakes, double posts, etc.

Guys... you don;'t get it!@ I mean make it so you can delete your own threads!! like in posts!! Onlyy hte maker of the psot can delete it!
