Help with Paulus's new trainer.

Hey I just wanted to know if anyone could help me figure out why I can't use paulus's new v2.1 trainer on my 1.05 halo single player campaign. The tutorial says you can use it on any version of halo and you can use it from any location and I have even put it right inside the halo folder. There arent any other trainers on my machine so I don't understand the problem. I open it then I start halo and play a level, but when I hit a button to turn on a cheat it just doesn't work. I have even minimized and then clicked the code manually without success. If anyone can help, It would be great. Also if there is another topic like this just flame me and please post a link to the topic.

If the trainer doesnt work,press f5 to reset it.Are you the master acount for your comp?

Yes, I am the ONLY account on the pc. I never put any codes on though. I have reset it before and it still didn't work. I've used one of his other beta trainers, that one didn't have a reset button and it didnt work either.

Do you have a virus protection program.Idk,something is blocking it from searching through the files.Have any trainers ever worked for you

Yes I've used a trainer for the non updated halo before and it worked. I have two hard disks installed in my pc and the second one is labeled F. That is where halo is installed, so do you think that maybe the trainer is programmed to look in the C drive by defualt and its just not finding it there? The exact address is F:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo, same as a regular halo's location except it is in a different drive than normally. Yes i have norton antivirus, but I dunno if thats it.

Try installing to c:/ drive

others should just try resetting the trainer DURING GAMEPLAY (F5 by default)

just wait a few seconds and try time freeze (sorry for the caps)

also, IT DOES NOT WORK ON MULTIPLAYER..unless you are hosting, and there is nothing i can, or would want to do about this. If you ARE hosting then you MIGHT need to HOLD the freeze button

that is all i can think of for now...im afraid im now on holiday and cannot make changes to the trainer
