Ergh! The chat won't work!

Hey guys, I've recently formatted my computer, which made me reinstall CE. When I played CE, I pressed the usual chat button to say "hi", and the grey window popped up, but it didn't say "Team", and whatever I typed in didn't appear in the box. I uninstalled CE, Then Re-installed it. The same problem occurred.

Is there a solution to this problem? If there is, can someone give me a link to it please.

Edit: No, I don't have any mods installed, and I don't have PC installed.

D'ya think I should uninstall CE, Install PC, Then Reinstall CE?

yea u cant play CE correctly if PC aint installed...

Install Microsoft XML Parser:

well, thats if the installing PC doesnt work, then use taht. it works.

You can run CE without PC. Gearbox said it them selves. All you need is a valid CD key and a Halo CD, it doesn't even need PC installed to run. Try the parser.
