fine. you use HMT, and Photoshop, along with the DDS plugin

(thats for PC)

for CE, you use 3ds max and any program that can make a tiff.

(you also need HEK to get it into the game)

For PC you need HMTv3 or HMTv3.5 and photoshop. The DDS plugin is located on files.halomods.com in the utility section

as for skinning halo CE, i dont think you can skin other peoples things, so you would have to make your own thing to skin or whatever. PC skinning is much easier if you break it down.

well, i broke 2 comp chairs within the last month because i get up then run back and sit down....hard

so i consider myself a loser...since most normal people cant break chairs by sitting on them....plus, next to the few hours of sleep and school, i'm on my comp on this ofrum or modeling or playing halo...

i used Photoshop7. i dont think im aloud to tell u if and where u can DL it. but i guess if u have the money u can buy it.
