Help: open edges

I have made a level in 3ds max 6. everything is working EXCEPT, when i try to do the structure in tool, it says there are open edges and then it lists them. I cant figure out how to close the edges, I have tried everything so...

I would like to e-mail the map to somebody with a little more experience then me so they can help me close the edges and then send it back.

i suggest stl check (for more info plz look at the other topics-i posted what stl check was...somewhere on this skinning & modeling forum...)

Hey Oxygen, you think I should do some snow map?
I model bases really good.
For my open edges I click the select open edges button and seal them...
