Graphics?

ok now this isnt really halo related but... i just bought a new video card a ati radeon 256 mb 9600 and was wondering if it would generate graphics jsut as good or better then my lil old gamecube becosue all the games i play on gc i can play on my pc. so would it show graphics as good or better or worse..?

on halo go to settings-Video settings, and put everything on high, on the framerate thing click 30 fps to
'no Vsync'
go to control panel and open your graphics card properties and switch everything how you want it

no Vsync gives great fps, but, it's just the tearing get's wuite annoting. Plus, with a 9600, you're not going to need to do that.
