My first post!
Anyway, I am totally new to modding and PC gaming in general, I had an idea for a mod, but I am not sure if there is one and where could I find it? And if there isn't, could it be made?
The mod I thought about would do this to the game:
It would make everything in the game (multiplayer maps) blue or another specified color, except for the characters, guns, and vehicles, but everything else would be the color blue. Any answers would be appreciated, or links to another thread that this may have been mentioned in. Thanks.

Well, here's the deal, I don't have HALO for PC the full version, I do have the Xbox version and the PC demo, but if I could get this mod, then I am seriously thinking about getting the full version.
I don't want to reveal any information as to "why" I would need this mod right now, but if I could get it, and HALO PC, and use it and do what I am thinking about doing, I would definitely post here for all you guys/girls to see the final product of my creativity, lol.
Basically, all I need it to do is make everything besides, characters, guns, and vehicles, blue. Or another specified color, but blue would most likely work best.
NOTE: I am a total newb to all this stuff, so, I don't know any of the techy stuff to do with this.
