First off, a Tyrant is a dictator...well, i type of dictator (duh). Second, my neutron bomb question has been answered. If I have anymore issues with it I'll just email the person who graciously came up with the answer even though everyone else for some reason started talking about politics. Can someone just please start another thread? Someday (probably soon since after Nov 9th many of us will be playing Halo 2) someone's gonna click on Neutron Bomb thinking of a cool new weapon to add to Halo and all they're gonna find is a bunch of political crap. lol.
