Neutron Bomb

I have (in my opinion) perfect the concept of the nuke by not making it too powerful and also giving it a flash and a mushroom cloud , but wouldn't a Neutron Bomb be cool? The idea was to have the flash and mushroom cloud of the nuclear missle, but instead of everything getting blown across the map, all the players in the blast radius would simply burn up as if hit by the flamethrower and leave the vehicles and stuff untouched. And it'd be REALLY cool if you could actually see the player getting burned just like from the flamethrower. Well, I've tried numerous methods but can't get it to work. Has anyone tried this and had any success or just general know how this type of thing works? (Hint: Simply swapping the Effects in HMT doesn't work). Thank you!!!!

Mmm... I wo9uld LOVE to see a perfect nuke in a map or in real life for that fact .

In fact I don't have the CD with me now but my grandfather gave my dad a few discs containing films of the hiroshima and other bomb going off. It is and AWESOME thing to watch.

I don't have a clue how to makre an exlposion or anything I'm pretty dumb when it comes to all this technical stuff. And yet NOONE WILL TELL ME WHAT THE HECK BSP IS>?!!!

I love to watch nuckes explode, oh by the way the discs were this WW2 documentary thingy... I'll see if I can find out its name.

Which brings to mind one question: waht are explosions? Are the models? are they HUD? Are they light? waht are they?

Try and folow the pattern. I think it stars out as a birght flash, then a small mushroom cloud shoots up into the sky and a small blast is created at the bottom, then the plume thickens. then once it gets to the thickest part a ring appears in the middle.

All the while a huge blast is created.

Be sure to make the blast EXTRA black,red, and yellow, the darker the colors the more realistic.

Whoa! Those look pretty awesome! I'm working on a nuclear flash for most of my weapons and think I might have it down My cloud is mostly black and orange, but I'm sure there's a way to add red to it. It's the effect I'm having trouble with. I'd like for everyone in the blast radius to burn as if they were just hit by the flamethrower but for some reason I just can't get it to work. The nuke I think I've worked to near perfection (although I heard I could gather a few things from the Maw's POA explosion). Does anyone know how to get this effect? Or for that matter, can the visible shockwave from the CG at the end of the game be imported too? Awesome pics by the way. Thank you!

For the first few months in his presidency,he did alot of work.Yep,he went on vacation more than he was at work.

We had Osama corned with the finest military in the world.And what did Buch do?He let the Iraquie warlords attemp to take him down.

Lets talk about cuts

Bush declared the war over,just to save money.By doing that,all soldiers lost 30 cents an hour.He stoped medical coverage.

What I hate is only poor people go to war,so others dont have to.Notice that only 1 congressman,has a son going to war.So they wont send thier kids to war,but their more than happy to send others.

The sad part is Ill be drafted if hes elected.I have no money for college so millitary is only option. If you have you dont have to go though.Theres always a way out of it.

Now my father is a military tech sargeant and he was saying to me earlier how he is getting blamed that none of the trucksa re getting fixed and him nad the other techs are saying there jsut isn't any money to get parts to fix em.

Personally I think we should have a tax RAISE, because of the hurricanes, the HUGE debt, and because it's going to get worse.

The battle (it is NOT a war people the last REAL war we had was WWII) in iraq is unneccary and wasteful, we have lost over a 1,000 of our boys to terrorists and miltia groups. We CANNOT win it, and it is impossible to win it.

Reason:

We cannot win it because the terrorists and milita groups are using the local population to use as "soldiers". They will not surrender because they don't want us there because we are against their religion.

The reason they think we are so bad is becuase we "invade" their homes and do body searches on their women, and a whole lotta other stuff.

I support their cause (no I am not one of them) to get us out and would be happy if they did because it would be good for BOTH sides. We would get to go home and not lose any more people and they would not have to contende with them.

I was planning on e-mailing bush (ambitous aren't I?) and ask him to remove the troops, raise the taxes and do some other stuff. I mean if we raised the taxes even a few cents or a dolllar tat would bring in an enormous amount of income, considering the size of the population of the U.S.

Kerry however has his own problems:

He wants to CUT taxes even MORE, and that could have a devastating effect on incom and the economy.

Now I advise you people to NOT trust the political ads becuase there is little truth within them.

This war is uneccasery and shouldnt have started.All on a hunch that weapons of mass destruction.If he had let the inspectors do there job,this whole thing could have been prevented.

I will have to go to war.I already signed up.Anyway,Im not going to be a front line soldier.More of working on an Aircraft carrier,and doing remote control piloting.

Ok, since we're talking politics, I think we need to get Bush out of office as soon as possible. He decided that we needed to go to war with Iraq, but we didn't. Sure we got Sadam out of office, and everything, but we were the people who put him in office in the first place. I don't think that he deserved to be put in office (nor should anyone who has to look at their shoe size to find out thier IQ), he was just riding his father's coattails. My friend told me that since Bush isn't very bright, and since Kerry seems to lie a lot, that he doesn't know who he wants in office. So I asked him, "who would you rather have as President, a liar, or a complete idiot?"
