HELP:Importing Map To Guerilla! feedback plz

Post by ghostofhalo »

I want to make a beta today but I'm stuck. It says to import my bitmap into guerilla. So i did that, however it comes up with a message saying "you need to set your working directory." so can someone tell me wth i have to do. I want to release the map tomorrow if possible.

Ok you ran it through tool first. Then you open Guerilla and tried to open it.What you did though,is went back to the data directory. And opened it from there. That deaosnt work and gives you the error. What you need to to is go into the Tags directory and open your bitmap.Cuase if you ran it through toll,it mirrored the files and placed them in tags.Open it and it will work

You are probably starting the geurilla.exe program from a shortcut. It won't work properly if you do. You need to start geurilla.exe by double clicking on it explorer in the Halo CE directory (where the file was installed to), so that it will have the Halo CE directory as its working directory.

As long as you set the working directory in the shortcut they should be ok... if you don't they won't :-)
