Tool Crash Error

ook people, help me out here, whenever i open tool it just crashes.....just crashes for no damned reason

what do you mean? you navigate to the halo custom edition route directory, then type "tool" and it just dies?

No,they clicked on the icon and it loads for sec and crashes.Heres a link to my tut.
