sapien just freezes

sapien just freezes

when ever i try to open my .scen it starts to open it and i come back 15 mins later and its stil loading but when i hit CTRL+DELETE it says sapien is not responding can some body help me?

Ok,Sapien takes a while to load if you have low ram.Start Sapien and leave it anlone.Go watch tv,dont touch your computer.Keep checking on it and it will eventualy load
