Okay,Annoying now. When I play Halo or the demo no chat or Blah Blah Blah was killed by Spartan-88 and when I press Y (Chat for me) It just has a blank black bar that when I type nothing happens! Help?!

u have uninstalled the m$ XML parser or something
goto your halo CE folder (if you have CE)
then redist
then msxmlenu.msi
problem fixed

It couldnt install msxmlenu when I installed Halo
