Buncha Questions Like - What is Teamspeak? Secret Letters?

Hey yall,

I just got a new mic to work on my halo movie with...(it requires some voice acting and effects and i got tired of talking into one end of a headphone jack). I keep hearing about teamspeak...i googled it and it looked like a chat program for people with mic's. I hear people are using it on halo...so i was wondering, does the server have to have this setting? or does the individual players have to each have it on? How does it work?

Also I was wondering how do you put the funky letters for you name in multiplayer? like the different symbols...Just wondering probably wont use it but figured it would be neat. Thanks!

For weird symbols
Hold ALT+numpad numbers.
Try different combinations
For example
alt+1 = ☺
alt+1+2 =♀
alt+2+1 =

theres like a huge list with a whole bunch of ASCII characters... google it and you'll find out!

*ahem* *dun dudda da* "the hgreat evilpickels presiding" I HAVE TS and it is a voice chat program that is run over a server it does not run on the game you run it as a seperate program, many, MANy, people have it.

I know some games people use it ALOT and boy do I mean alot!

I think they used that to make this:

Watch the video it is pretty ****ing funny, especially the part where the entire red team is crouching and one of them shoots the other in the head and he whips around and shots the wron9g guy who shoots another guy who shoots ANOTHEr guy and they all get into a fire fight, it all happens in about 10 second lol

No, they used a vid-cap card and an XBOX to make RvB. And if you think that RvB is new to us, it isn't. I've been watching it since the first episode came out in April 2003.

i didnt like the ending of season 2 though... too confusing, too many robots... agggghhh! and is teamspeak free?
