Here is a pic plz help.

You have to fix the open edges.
My style is to go back in max6 open your map as the .max file.
Goto the mesh or poly edit mode to : Edge then click select open edges.
Hit delete then remake the faces the right way until when you click it, it says no edges selected.
Or there a way with this wrl thingy.
But that error only comes up from the sealed world rule.
That part is kinda wack.
But remember: If you are making guns or scenery or something like that, you don't follw the sealed world rules.

....Yes, it is.Sealed World Rules
The level MUST be sealed. While other models (those that are placed in the level using .scenery, .vehicle, etc... tags) used in Halo for scenery, characters, weapons and vehicles do not have to be sealed and can have open edges, this does not hold true for the world geometry.
The polygons used to construct the world must form a contiguous mesh that forms a sealed volume in order for the level BSP (Binary State Partition) that is used for player collision and physics to be created. The sealed volume and no open edges rule applies to objects that are included in the world mesh (for instance a floating box).
As implied in the first paragraph, the sealed world and no open edges rules do not apply to models that are external to the level and are placed or populated in Sapien using their associated tags (.scenery, .vehicle, .weapon, etc...).
