I dont know if you have to actually set up your animation, even though all the components are there, chances are you will probably have to set up a function/attachment (whatever) to actually run the animation, I have'nt done animation myself yet (Im fine tuning breakable glass), the best bet is to load a .scenery tag which has an animation (some of the trees have animation files) and see what perameters they have and see what you have got and alter yours to match (apart from pointers to gbx,anim and collision).
