Console???????

Hey! Clodhopper again! I'v heard all this stuff about consol. They say that with consol you and throw out all the trubble makers, and realy handy stuff like that. So, I did a google search on it and got a whole lot of nothing! LOL! Any help on consol would be GREATLY Appreciated!
