i have 3d max but i dont know how to open or make Halo maps in it.

don't know how to make weapons\players\vehicles.If you could make some it would be cool.But how you delete open eges i mean where on the bridge?

I worked the bridge over and now it has two pieces(roof and ground):

thats not really the best angle... can u get a different angle of it? and from what i see is that glass surrounding it??

When i make a tunnel, I either extrude into the cliff, or mostly use boolean, what you do is go to compound objects on create, what you do is make say a cylinder or a box or however you want the tunnel to look, put it into the mountain or whatever you want to put it in, then on boolean, click on the object that you want cutting, then pick operand b as the object that it will be the cutting template, and it should cut it out for you.

If i was going to make a bridge with a roof, I would use a box like object for the part you walk on, for the roof, i would get another box, and make it look the way you did, that way you wont have any open edges.

Ok, i will show you this time how I would do it, this is a quick scene with a bridge i made with a similar concept of yours, except the roof is detailed with segments as you can see. It looks thicker, which is what I think a realistic approach to a bridge would be like.

hmm thats another nice bridge.. u should only impliment those if it becomes too high of a poly count or if u want the whole level to be sunny so the bridge isnt like this nocturnal vermins hiding place. both bridges get like a 9/1o cus they need more textures and glowy points!!!!
