exploding bullets?

exploding bullets?

Is it possible to make bullets that will have some sort of explosion but not do a lot of damage, but it would only explode on impact with a target, jnot the wall. basically alowing you to tell if you hit or missed.

nope....

But you can make weapons fire plasma grenades or tank shells.

got to the effects in hmt and swich the effect of bullets hitting with frag nade explosion or what ever you want.

or you can just listen for the little beep when you shoot someone and damage them, or maybe you can look for some sparks to come off of them b/c of the bullet
ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>

no a needler homes, it has an explode delay, and it explodes on whatever it hits :roll:

use telleporter cupe in efects or you can just change the sound of the boop to somthing ells, maby a little louder or wut ever

I think you have no idea what they're talking about.

Batch extract the map, take rocket explosion.effe.meta and .xml from weapon\effects\rocket launcher and put them in weapon\pistol\effects. Rename it to "impact cyborg armour" and copy it again and name it "impact cyborg shield" (delete the old ones first) then open up both of those .xml's. Edit the lines that say:
<Tagclass>!tpj

ok well i wasent to sure wut he was talking about cuz he asked for two things but then he basicly wanted to see or here when a projectile made conact with a target.
