ce wont install please help me

I just downloaded HCE but whenevere I try to install it it says that "msg#### caused an illegle operation and will be shut down"
(the # is a number that is different each time I try to install)
If any one has had this problem please come here and tell me what you did!

here are my systemspecs if it will help
win98SE
1.2GHz prossesor
nvidia FX5200
512 MB RAM
internet explorer 6.0

halo pc woked fine

well try downloading it from a different site. if that doesnt work then try checking what CE's systemspecs are. mabye ur operating system is too old.

Install Windows XP Pro. You're killing your computer's performance with Win98.
