all i know about .ogg is that it isn't owned by any one company and some other stuff...i would search for it at g4techtv.com/thescreensavers or g4techtv.com/callforhelp (i'm not sure if they have the entire g4techtv site up, so look for techtv.com some)

ogg/vorbis is an audio format that can compress songs with an amazing similarity in size to mp3's, however it isnt very mainstream. Game companies tend to use it now in favor of other formats for one very specific reason: it's open source, meaning that a company can use it to store sound in their games without having to pay big $.

google "audacity", its a native ogg/vorbis sound editor.

I'm actually going to help you this time...

You need to import it in what ever format it was when you extracted it.

It's a little boxy near the handle, but other than that and the barrel, it's fine. The trigger guard should be boxy. Judging by the barrel it looks like you need an angled reference pick so:

Good Job! Though, I dont know what the final will look like but for those of you not familiar with a baby eagle he's pretty close. Except for the top of the gun flaring out further than the bottom it's comin along great. Here's some pics of the real thing:
