Ummm, are you asking a question or just saying you can?
Because if your asking a question you should really add a "?" at the end of your topic's name.

what about photoshop, and besides, that's just the bitmap, not the physical glass
ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>

Ok what if i take white texture in 3d Max and make a enviroment shader
for it with material type "glass".
In the game it wouldn't be transparent,or?

making glass? easy! heres how i do it. it might not be the perfect glass you want, but its easy to make.

1. make a new shader_transparent_glass tag
2. set all the values you want
3. under reflection properties, set the parallel and perpendicular tint color to whatever (prolly whitish grey?)
4. for reflection map, find one that is supplied w/ hek. or you could make your own, but thats not fun at all.
i usually use characters\elite\bitmaps\(something like dark grey cubemap)
5. then you can use a bump map if you wish, but i like my glass smooth.
so if you like simple glass like that, ur ready to save. hah! and no making bitmap tags needed.
6. save as some name that you will remember.
7. in 3ds make a new material that has that name. since you never made a bitmap for it, just set the diffuse color to something.
8. apply to window things
9. umm ur done. just export as jms, run radiosity, build cache file, and play
