ISO's for xbox

how the f*** do you extract ISOs so i can make backups of my games? i've been trying tons of programs and none of them are working!! please, i need serious help here!

The best program to extract or to make iso"s would have to be Craxtion. It automaticly patches the games you want to back up so yeah thats the program i have been using.
