I am building a flare for a nighttime version of bloodgulch, but I can't seem to get it to go anywhere. Insted of explaining everything, I'll just give you the specs: (It's built off the plasma grenade)



Explode delay 1:15
Explode delay 2:15
LifeSpan:0
Weight:1
Inital speed:5
Final speed:0

What I'm trying to get it to do is fly and possible arc, depending on the angel, into the air when fired, and stop there. It already emits a bright light, I'm just trying to figure out how to get it to actually move somewhere. Thx.

I already made a flare mod for Bloodgulch. You throw the plasma grenade for the flare. Here is a link to it if you wanna try it out.

Does it fly a good distance? I'm trying to get it so that I can light upmy friendsposition to snipe him, but I don't want the light to make me visible too.

It will fly as far as you can throw the plasma grenade. It will light up your friends spot and keep you in the dark. Make it hogs only so you can use flashlight and the nitevision on the sniper rifle.

cool, but something tells me it dosen't hang in the air... O well, atleast it works better than the one I have now, all it does is make ME a target :(

Nice mod, but I got mine up and running by using polymorphice :)
