cheap and chipless Xbox modding

2/3 of the way down in that page you will see an article called chipless xbox moding
I don't know if it works but I'm going to try it out I have already ordered the USB adpeter
If you have tried it out and know if it works please tell me
I'm sorry if this is old news to the site I'm new to the modding stuff

Yes It works I have did this to one of my firends xbox's but I made the USB adapter only thing is if you mess up soldering the 2 points you could fuck your box. Here is the full tutorial for it but just make you you read it full and make sure you have the right pic for the version xbox you have. His was the first two pic that you see all I had to do was solder the 2 points together on front and back on mobo and then load the hack mechassault file and works fine

there is something they are offering at microsoft its a USB adpter for your controler so you can play FSO and use a keyboard its just like the head set you plug into your comtroler
plus the USB adpter is

FREE

only thing is the USB memory stick it cost $60 but you can use it in many things
if any one is having problems getting it free talk to me and I'll show where to go
