a download of "best maps"

Someone should make a download of all the good maps that ppl still play for HaloCE, that way, ppl won't have to download like, fifty maps when they get CE.

hey great idea dude cus theres like 20 times ive seen a game i wanted to join that i couldnt cus i didnt have the map.... or what they could do is make a file wher when u join a game and u dont have that map you automatically dl the map from the serrver like in starcraft if anyone knows what that is.

the thing about starcraft maps is they where ohhhhh.... like 20kb MAX, but halo maps are 3 megs minimum so those damn 56k'ers will lag the sever as they try and join DAMN YOU 56K'ERS

Whoa, anger man,

This again, is where i bring up the Bit Torrent option, if anyone wants to know what it is, PM me, i'll let you know, im a big advocate for this option, cause it can help take the load off of the main servers, so it don't eat up ALL the bandwidth when someone wants to download a 50 meg file of the latest 50 halo maps. Also, i've found an awesome compression util called UHA arc, it gets a way better compression than winrar etc, plus it can be packaged within an EXE so there is no aditional software to install, and noone running around wonder what the heck to do with a .rar file. Any mods/admin reading this want to give me a PM/IM/email, i'd be more than happy to help with anything, questions etc,

i have 129 halo maps for ce, only 7 are ever being used,im so sad...
